and Marine Engineer with a longstanding experience

in fleet technical management, project management

in newbuilding and repair shipyards.

He has been a marine consultant and surveyor for ten years.

He is currently member of the executive committee of AIPAM,

the Italian Association of Naval Architect and Marine Engineers Experts in maritime casualties.
